Book a call or a free site measurement. Provide photos, rough layout and your budget band (Basic / Mid / Premium).

Deliverable: Measurement report and project brief.

Design concepts
Step 02

2. Concepts, revisions & final design

Receive 2–3 layout options, moodboards and 3D renders. Up to 3 rounds of revision are included.

Deliverable: Final layout, 3D view & itemised BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

Quote & pricing
Step 03

3. Transparent quote & schedule

We send an itemised quotation with lead times and a recommended project timeline. Choose add-ons like premium hardware, appliances, or soft furnishings.

Tip: You can lock prices for 7 days after quote acceptance.

Booking & procurement
Step 04

4. Book, pay initial deposit & order long‑lead items

Pay the booking amount (typically 10–15%) to confirm dates. We immediately order long‑lead items (modular carcasses, appliances, solid surfaces).

Deliverable: Procurement schedule & order confirmations.

Delivery & installation
Step 05

5. Delivery & installation

On scheduled days, product delivery and professional installation take place. Project manager oversees and shares daily progress photos and a weekly report.

Customer role: Provide access and a safe workspace. Minor civil work is quoted separately if required.

Handover & warranty
Step 06

6. Handover, inspection & warranty

Final quality check, punchlist closure and handover. We provide a digital handover certificate and warranty papers (typically 12–36 months depending on product).

After‑sales: 30‑day free support for minor fixes. Annual maintenance packages available.
