About the Role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Ensure work is done according to design plans and specifications
  • Monitor quality control and safety standards
  • Track project progress and report to management
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in interior/construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination abilities
