ELM Livings – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ELM Livings, we aim to deliver premium furniture with utmost care, safety, and timely service. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may take 7–21 business days depending on design, size, and finish.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and order processing update via WhatsApp/SMS/email.


2. Shipping Timeline

A. For Ready Products

  • Jaipur delivery: 3–7 working days

  • Major cities in India: 7–12 working days

  • Other locations: 10–15 working days

B. For Customized Orders

  • Manufacturing time: 7–21 working days

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 3–12 working days depending on location.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, or transportation restrictions.


3. Delivery Methods

We deliver through:

  • ELM Livings' in-house delivery team (for select locations)

  • Trusted logistics partners specializing in furniture delivery

  • Custom transport for oversized or fragile items

All items are handled with care and delivered safely with protective packaging.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery within Jaipur city limits above minimum order value.

  • For nearby areas and other states, delivery charges are applied based on:

    • Product size & weight

    • Distance

    • Type of transportation required

Delivery charges (if any) will be shown during checkout or shared by our team before dispatch.


5. Installation Service

  • Furniture requiring assembly (beds, dining tables, wardrobes, etc.) includes complimentary installation in Jaipur.

  • Outside Jaipur, installation support depends on location. If not available, we provide video guidance or chargeable technician service based on availability.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our team will contact you prior to delivery.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the provided address:

    • A second delivery attempt will be scheduled.

    • Additional charges may apply for multiple failed attempts.


7. Delay in Delivery

In case of unforeseen delays (transport issues, weather, strikes, etc.), our team will inform you proactively. ELM Livings is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


8. Tracking Your Order

You will receive:

  • Dispatch confirmation

  • Estimated timeline

  • Tracking link (if available)

9. Delivery Condition (Very Important)

At the time of delivery:

  • Inspect the product for any transit damage.

  • If you notice damage, mismatch, or defect, inform the delivery team immediately and take photos.

  • Accepted deliveries will be treated as “received in good condition.”


10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver across India except:

  • Remote areas not serviceable by logistics partners

  • Locations with restricted entry for heavy vehicles

We will inform you if your pin code is not serviceable.


11. International Shipping

Currently, ELM Livings does not offer international shipping.
