Welcome to ELM Livings. By accessing or purchasing from our website, store, or communicating with us through any platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • ELM Livings is a premium furniture brand offering ready-made and custom-made furniture.

  • By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

  • All product images, descriptions, dimensions, and finishes are provided for customer clarity.

  • Slight variations may occur due to:

    • handmade craftsmanship

    • natural wood grains

    • fabric texture

    • color display settings

  • These natural variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable (depending on display format).

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We accept online payments, UPI, cards, net banking, and cash (as per availability).

4. Order Acceptance

  • ELM Livings reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to:

    • incorrect pricing

    • stock unavailability

    • suspicion of fraudulent activity

    • incomplete information

  • Customers will be notified in such cases.

5. Custom-Made Orders

  • Custom orders are made based on customer specifications.

  • Once production begins, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  • Minor variations in finish, color, or texture may occur due to craftsmanship.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and product type.

  • Delays may occur due to transportation, weather, or logistics restrictions.

  • Delivery agents will attempt delivery based on the contact details provided.

  • If the customer is unavailable, redelivery charges may apply.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • transit damage

    • manufacturing defects

  • Customers must report damages within 24–48 hours with photos and videos.

  • Custom-made items, used products, and mattresses (after opening) are non-returnable.

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for complete guidelines.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty coverage applies only to structural issues and manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • wear & tear

    • fabric or leather fading

    • mis-handling

    • water damage

    • improper installation (if not done by our team)

9. Installation

  • Free installation is provided in selected locations.

  • For outstation deliveries, installation may be charged or assisted via video support.

10. Usage Guidelines

Customers must:

  • Keep furniture away from moisture

  • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight

  • Not drag furniture

  • Use products according to recommended guidelines

Damage caused due to improper use is not covered under warranty or return.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the ELM Livings website (logos, images, designs, text, graphics) is the property of ELM Livings.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is used only for order processing and communication.

  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

ELM Livings is not responsible for:

  • Wrong product choices by customers

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics

  • Damages occurring after delivery acceptance

  • Unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, transport issues

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
